Who we are

This website is run by Nexodus LLC ("we", "us"), the parent company of BEX, Cybrmail, PCJet, PatriotVPN and Two Koi Designs. Each of those companies has its own website and its own privacy policy for its own services.

What we collect

When you send a message

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, which company your message is about, and your message. We use this only to read and answer your message, and to put you in touch with the right Nexodus company if you ask us to.

Each message is emailed to our team and also kept on our web server, so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. We keep messages for up to 12 months, then delete them.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the form checks how quickly it was filled in and keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for up to one hour to limit repeated sending. We cannot turn the scrambled value back into your address.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our hosting server keeps standard logs of requests (internet address, browser type, the page asked for and the time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short time by our host and are not used to identify you.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and sends Google information such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are (country or city level), and your browser and device type. We do not send Google your name, email or message. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and Google Analytics only runs if they choose Allow. You can change your choice at any time with the "Privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. Messages are delivered to our own mailboxes on our hosting server. If your message is about one of our companies, we may pass it to that company's team so they can reply. Google receives the analytics data described above. We may share information if the law requires it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to the websites of our companies and to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say what you would like; we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Children

This website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
